The term is Demisexual. It is a step above Asexual. You are more attracted to individuals then groups.

There are a lot of people like that in the world. Pansexual, I believe is the term, if I’m remembering correctly. (As opposed to Heterosexual, Homosexual, Bisexual, Asexual, and many other, much lesser known sexualities.)
